Jagadguru Kripaluji Yog, a non-profit organization, its third party providers, volunteers, officers, and distributors make no representations, warranties, guarantees or conditions of any kind, express or implied, regarding the yoga and meditation sessions, or any content or materials provided on the Program, or your practice of Jagadguru Kripaluji Yog or of any services provided through Jagadguru Kripaluji Yog organization or otherwise by Jagadguru Kripaluji Yog, all of which are provided on an "as is" basis.

2. I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE that the participation of any program, including participation in the yoga and meditation program has inherent risks. I have full knowledge of the nature and extent of all risks associated with yoga, meditaion, and pranayam/breathing exercise. I assume all risks and hazards to incidental to the conduct of the activities.

Note: Children below 12 years are not allowed in the program.

I give permission for photographs taken at Jagadguru Kripaluji Yog Program may be used for publicity purposes.
