Vara Mahalakshmi Vratham is traditionally observed on a Friday before the full moon in the month of Shravan. Devotees seek the blessings of Goddess Mahalakshmi for peace, prosperity, health, happiness, and the well-being of their families.

The celebration will include a special Lakshmi Sahasranama Kumkumarchana, where devotees can participate in the devotional offering of kumkum while chanting the sacred names of Goddess Lakshmi.
