Swami Mukundananda has conceived a unique Personality Development and Character-Building Program for children and young adults called Bal-Mukund. This holistic program concentrates on the overall mind, soul, and body management of children to inspire, strengthen, and nurture them with love and care and help them realize a glorious future.

The Bal-Mukund class consists of several components:

• Recitation and Chanting of Shlokas, Prayers, and Bhajans along with Translations:
  This helps strengthen cognitive ability, positive thinking, memory power, and spiritual quotient in the children.
• Yoga, Pranayam, and Meditation:
  This helps boost the focus, concentration, balance, and overall mental health of the children.
• Hindi Language Class:
  This helps children learn the hindi language and help them better connect to their culture and daily conversation with their relatives back in India.
• Bhagavad Gita Class:
  An enlightening class where each child will get to become an expert in chapters of the Holy Bhagavad Gita.
• Highest Value System:
  The class focuses on imbibing a value system grouped as "KRIPALU" values (such as Kindness, Integrity, Perseverance, accountability, etc) in children to bring triumph and success in their life.
• Vedic Knowledge:
  It is taught through Bal-Mukund Vedic Literature Book Series to inculcate spiritual and practical wisdom in the children.
• Art and Craft:
  Children are also engaged in fun activities to help establish a connection with Indian Culture and Tradition.

Terms and Conditions

• It is mandatory for children to have their webcam/video on while they are participating in the session.
• It is the responsibility of parents to ensure that there is at least one adult supervision in the vicinity while the child is participating in the session.
• Sessions will be conducted on Sunday.
• Only one child per registration.
• Siblings will have to log in from two different devices.
• Registration fee is non-refundable.

Photography: My child may be photographed while in classes. These photographs are the property of Bal-Mukund and will be used for promotional purposes. Liability: My child will be involved in physical activity that may result in injury. I have been advised to consult with my child’s physician regarding any past or current health issue or injury that may affect my child’s participation in Bal-Mukund class.
