Everyone has flaws. Instead of accepting our own shortcomings and trying to improve ourselves, we try to hide them and refuse to accept our faults. On the contrary, we exaggerate our good qualities before others, including our level of devotion and try to show off our achievements. We do not realize that whatever progress we have made on the path of devotion is due to the mercy of God and Guru.
