JKYog Holistic System of Yog
Through the auspices of JKYog, Swamiji pioneered a groundbreaking and holistic system of Yog, called Kripaluji Paddhati and Kripalu Prakriya designed to enhance overall health and well-being.
Collectively, these practices are directly based on the scriptural meaning of the word “Yog,” which means to unite the mind with God. Through these practices, the physical body, the material mind, and the divine soul connect with God through every inhaled and exhaled breath leading to inner purification. This holistic and spiritual practice results in a healthy body, mind, intellect, and soul.
Combined with discourses, countless lives across the globe have been positively impacted by these practices taught by Swamiji at various JKYog centers in the US, especially at its Headquarters, the Radha Krishna Temple of Dallas - the nucleus of the community.

JKYog Journey: Humble Beginnings to Monumental Achievements
JKYog’s mission in the US commenced in 2008 with a humble beginning of spiritual programs in 5 cities. Since then, JKYog has established centers in over 35 cities across 15 states.
A crowning glory of JKYog is the exquisitely beautiful Radha Krishna Temple of Dallas (RKT) in the city of Allen, TX. Inaugurated in July 2017 this Temple is the official Headquarters of JKYog. The Temple held its first Pran Pratishta (i.e., consecration ceremony) of Shree Radha Krishna in 2017, followed by the Pran Pratishta of Lord Sita Ram and Hanuman in 2018, and of Gopishwar Mahadev, Lord Ganesh, and Shree Maharajji in 2019.
The nucleus of spiritual, cultural, and educational activities, the Radha Krishna Temple has gained a reputation for an incredible number of programs and activities
Adjacent to the Temple building, is the Center for Indian Culture & Education (CICE), which was inaugurated in April 2022. The primary purpose of this Center is to educate current and future generations about the rich Hindu culture and to preserve the most valued cultural assets.
Through these activities, JKYog has become the locus for the dissemination of India’s cultural, educational, and spiritual heritage. Local dance and music schools are invited to perform at all festival celebrations to provide the community with an opportunity to appreciate the Hindu culture.
Additionally, the Temple has a spacious and well-equipped yoga and wellness center that offers a holistic program of Prem Yoga, health, and wellness under Swamiji`s guidance. Classes, workshops, and special events are offered both in-person and virtually. Participants can join as annual members or participate in several free classes each week. The Prem Yoga Center also conducts Yoga Teacher Training certification programs for aspiring yoga teachers.
JKYog also established two other Radha Krishna Temples. The Temple located in Apex (NC) was inaugurated in 2018 and the one in Bay Area (CA) was inaugurated in 2022. Both Temples have an active congregation with weekly Satsangs, festival celebrations, and community services.

JKYog`s Bhakti Yog Philosophy for Advanced Seekers
JKYog is founded on the Bhakti Yog philosophy or where devotion is the means to attain God or achieve God-realization. The core principle is that to attain God, one must have a pure heart. A pure heart can only be achieved only through knowledge-based devotion to God (i.e., sadhana, one of the pillars). Devotees need to possess the knowledge of God, our relationship with Him, the purpose of our life, how to accomplish this purpose, and the outcome of devotion (i.e., wisdom - another JKYog pillar to accomplish the mission).
Armed with this basic knowledge, devotees must engage in devotion characterized by:
Such an intense level of devotion is possible only when the material mind is completely attached to God. There are only two realms where the mind can be attached – either the material or the divine. Thus, to detach the mind from worldly pleasures and attach it to the divine realm, souls must develop and practice the five essential principles of the philosophy of Divine Love.
The primary mission of JKYog is to educate and Transform The World Through Wisdom by disseminating the divine knowledge on these five principles. Swami Mukundananda conducts live discourses, spiritual retreats, Life Transformation Programs, and many similar events to educate and share scriptural knowledge and wisdom to people of all ages through all JKYog centers.
