Radha Krishna Temple of Dallas welcomes visitors seven days a week and hosts special programs for families on the weekend. With the deep love and commitment of its volunteers, the Temple organises a number of events and programs to serve the people of Dallas.
Festival Celebrations
In a very short span of time, Radha Krishna Temple’s grand festival celebrations have become the sought after getaway for the families in DFW area. Every year, the “Holi Hungama” festival attracts thousands of people to celebrate Holi with their friends and families and enjoy special dance, music, and fun activities. Eversince the Temple opened doors for visitors, Radha Krishna Temple community has celebrated all festivals like Janmashtami, Radhashtami, Navratri, Mahashivratri, Tulsi Vivah, and Ganesh Chaturthi with great love and devotion. The Temple is actively reaching out to the local residents in Dallas and places around to add the spark of festivities in their lives and spend quality time with their families, friends and the community at large.
Programs for Kids and Youth
Children grow up to be mature individuals with good values and strong character when their parents and elders take the time to nurture their personalities. More than ever before, the world needs individuals who are spiritually rooted, proponents of human values and skillful contributors in the society. Radha Krishna Temple hosts Bal-Mukund, JKYog’s flagship program for children aged 6-16 years. Built on Vedic Principles, the program fosters spiritual values with emphasis on healthy body and healthy mind for kids along with variety of fun activities like dancing & painting. The Temple also organises an annual Talent Show called “Sanskriti” for children to showcase and nurture their talents. Radha Krishna Temple of Dallas offers a number of programs to enrich the quality of our lives through spirituality, yoga, meditation, personality development, and community service. Weekly yoga and meditation classes, satsang congregations, spiritual discourses, weekend retreats, Hindu Family Camp and Toastmasters are some great opportunities for adults to spend their time in their personal and spiritual development.
