Can my child participate in more than one contest?

Yes, your child can participate in multiple contest, as long as there are no scheduling conflicts with the on-stage events or off-stage scheduled events.

What happens if the child cannot participate in a contest because of scheduling conflict?

Organizer scan through the registrations before the event date and identify anyone who might end up in a scheduling contest. Organizers will do their best to resolve the conflict. If the conflict cannot be resolved the participant will be notified and a refund will be issued only for the contest which has scheduling conflict.

Will the participant get to know the performance timings for the stage events?

Yes, the agenda issued at the registration desk will have the sequence and the timings of the performance.

Will the participant get to know the timing of the off-stage scheduled contest?

Yes, the agenda issued at the registration desk will have the timing schedule of the off-stage schedule contest.

Are there any schedule limits for the off-stage drop-in contest?

Yes, the off-stage drop-in contest are run between 11 Am to 4 pm; the participant can show up to contest booth within this time limit and participate. Can I register my child over the phone?

Registration through phone is not supported at this time, all registrations are online only.

Can I register more than one kid at time?

No, you have to register one child at a time.

Can I register a kid for multiple contest at a time?

Yes, you can register a kid for multiple contest at a time, by selecting the desired events during registration.

Can I register a kid for additional contests later?

Yes, you can register a kid for additional contest later. The earlier order cannot be edited or revisited, rather it will be a new registration for the additional contests.

What happens after registration?

Once, you register and make the payment you will get confirmation email, keep it safe. You need to show it at the door on the event day. If you have registered more than one child or added more contest to your child list, please bring all the confirmation emails with you.
